ROLE: Lead Designer / Animator

BRIEF: Support the growth of ExxonMobil Aviation’s presence on LinkedIn by developing a consistent stream of branded content that reinforced the brand’s legacy in aviation, highlighted industry thought leadership, and promoted key products and services.

APPROACH: Before producing campaign content, we developed a LinkedIn-specific brand guide outlining standards for illustration, photography, layout, and tone of voice. This resource helped align stakeholders and agency partners around a shared creative framework while ensuring the content maintained a recognizable visual identity within the platform.The goal was to create a scalable system that would maintain brand consistency across posts while enabling multiple internal and agency teams to contribute content.

Working closely with client stakeholders, social strategists, and copywriters, we then translated this framework into a structured content plan that included developing content calendars and producing branded posts that supported a consistent publishing cadence and reinforced ExxonMobil Aviation’s authority within the industry.
